How to use bich.please
Application
-
CLEAN & PREP
Clean and prep your lashes, before starting your lashes need to be free of any dirt and oils. Our bond breaks down with oils so this is super important to ensure your lashes are oil free - do not prep your natural lashes with an oil based cleanser. You can also use the FAYKE lash cleanser
-
LET THEM DRY
Wait for your lashes to be completely dry before you start the application, in this time you can prep your application area. We recommend setting up a mirror in front of you lower than your eyes & angled up so you can look down into the mirror - this gives you a better view up underneath your lash line.
-
START YOUR APPLICATION
When ready to start the application, dab the bond onto the root of your lashes then run a light coat through to the tips. A little goes a long way, have a clean brush at the ready if you feel your lashes have clumped at all or you have applied a little too much bond just run the clean brush through your natural lashes to remove some bond. The other technique you can use when applying the bond, you can also run the bond applicator along the band of the eyelash rather than applying the bond to my natural lashes & this achieves the same finish
-
PLACEMENT
The FAYKE lashes need to be placed 1-2mm away from the waterline, you need to be able to see the root of the lashes after applying. FAYKE lashes are designed to be lightweight and you should not be able to feel them – if you can feel them then your placement is not correct.
When working with placement you can decide what way you work and you may want to play around with this to find what suits you best, you can work from outer corner in or inner corner out or even start from the middle – just find what works best for you by experimenting!
-
ANGLE IS EVERYTHING
When applying you want the lash band to touch your lashes first & then scoop the lash up to bond with the tips of your natural lashes. Work on getting the angle of application correct . Clamping down is super important, once you have finished your set wait 5 minutes then clamp down your lashes with the applicator tool. After setting by clamping, apply the Sealant to seal the bond - just dab it along the lash line to seal! This helps remove any sticky residue & also helps make your FAYKELASH set last longer.

Trouble Shooting Tips
MY LASHES DOES NOT LAST AS LONG AS I HOPED
There could be many reasons for that. Let's see.
- Try a little bit more bond on the lashes, but be careful not to use to much as we recommend too much can get sticky .
-Clamping is an important step after your application, wait 2-3 min after your application to use your applicator and clamp your lashes, for longer lasting results, that gives a secure hold. You can do this in your morning routine and after a shower.
- Prepping is key , make sure your lashes are oil free, clean and dry before starting your application.
- Do not use oil based products, this will break down the bond
- If you are very oily around your eye area that can effect your longevity.
- Seal your lashes with our sealant, that will help with the longevity.
- Avoid getting lashes wet , although they are water-resistant they are not water proof. If you do get them wet you can just clamp them again.
- Placement is key, ensure they are placed 1-2mm away from lash line.
MY LASH FEELS STICKY AFTER APPLYING, AND FEEL LIKE THE BOND DOES NOT WANT TO SET
First of all you are applying to much glue/Bond. You should only dap your bond at the root of your lashes . The tacky feeling on your lashes is if you apply to much glue.
If you still feel a stickiness the FAYKE sealant will resolve that , not only the stickiness but this also helps the lashes to last longer.
WHERE DO I START APPLYING
There is no right or wrong of application, you are your own lash tech so find what works best for you. Tip is to start in the inner corners and work your way out.
Make sure your angle of holding your applicator feels comfortable before applying.
